Has anyone tried a 21 tooth gear with the stock 37 gear on a srx 700?
What year SRX do you have? I went down to a 22/37 gearing on my 99 SRX, and it was alright. I wouldn't go any lower, however. I do have a 15 wide 21 tooth top gear for the SRX if you are interested.

My srx is 98 I have the 22t in there now. Let me ask why you wouldn't go to the 21t?
The 22 gave it enough low end, and if you go much lower you have to deal with hooking up. I figure even with stock gearing and clutch work, I can make it pull real well on bottom. How many studs do you run? I also would have needed a new chain to run the 21 I believe, unless I ran my 39 bottom as well.
