Can anybody help me out? I need to know how to tension the chain on my dad's XTC.

on the chain case facing the front of the sled is a bolt that sticks out and then there is a set nut holdong it on the chaincase. loosen the nut and tighten the bolt finger tight then back it of 1/4 turn and then tightrn the set bolt
