and for the viper.

02 Viper, Heel clickers, 1-1/4" ripsaw. 216lb rider

Who should win in a 1/8-1/4 mile race?

i might beg to differ, what gearing in the srx? The viper might take the srx, but forsure in a 1000 ft race, that srx should wipe it out

will depend on the set-up, neither of them are exactly set-up for racing

i stayed with a clutched and studded(244) 02'srx with my bone stock 03' viper but his sled (imo)definately wasnt clutched right cause he should have smoked me

Yea...Like has been said.. It would depend on set-up... Apples for apples...it wouldn't be much of a race..SRX is going to be the faster machine. BUT...A 600 SRX not set up very well and Viper dialed in... Viper could definately win.. You can lose\gain a lot in clutching.
