78 srx440 compression

did a compression check on a 78 srx 440 i bought. i haven't had it running yet but i was just curious. so i got 135 pto side and 120 mag side. does anybody know what they should be?

Mid 120,s is good not good to be that different though. I would check out the rings one may be hanging up on you.

my 80 SRX had 140 on both cylinders stock.

my 79 has 130lb on each side, but needs a complete overhaul anyway.
