Should front ohlins be rebuilt at 5200+ miles?

Any suggestions, I would like to move front ohlins from my 98 srx to the 02. Should they be rebuilt, or just attach them and ride (as soon as the flakes fall)?

They have been USED on the 98, if service is needed who's the best for ohlin service.
