Handlebar bracket for Digaron

Does anyone have or have the plans to make the bracket so i can mount my digatron 4 window guage in my handlebars.Called Bender Racing canada and was told they all got thrown out when they moved and won't be making anymore.
 
Even if someone has one and could measure it up and take a pic would be greatly received

I had called bender usa yesterday and talked to a women there and she told me that they didn't have any and were not going to make any more.she was going to ask Terry if he knew different,or had old plans or demention on making one but no one called me back.But if your there at bender and ask, i thank you in advance.
