SRX with 1.25" track - studding?

How tall of a stud can I put in the track with the stock drivers? Also, going to a 8 tooth would resort in how much length increase?

Search this board. There is a lot of information on here about this. The opinions vary. You'd probably be better off reading some old posts and making your own decision.
 
well put it this way with 8th drivers you can run a 2" track so you should have plenty of clearence
 
i just put the 8 tooth drivers on and they give you about 7/16" of Additional clearance versus the stock 9 tooth drivers. i have 1.375 inch studs on and have about the same space between the front cooler as a 1" track studded (make sense according to mathematics. hope this helps)

i would suggest 8 tooth extrovert drivers. when you go down to 8 tooth, the drivers tend to slip a bit when traction is real good. kind of annoying when your slipping cogs instead of beating your buddies! p.m. richierich, he can hook you up.
