went to misupermoto.com ktm demo days in jackson michigan today with some friends from cycleforums.com, my wife and grapeape and skidoog. we had a friggen blast!!! for you woods riders and x motoxer's like myself, this was made for you. 1/3 of the track is roadrace asphalt, 1/3 is flattrack asphalt or dirt, and 1/3 is moto x course. some of these guys fly. two wheel slides, backing the rear into the corners. all ya need is a dirt bike with street style tires or road race slicks and your in. i think one of the sleds may have to go, to make room for yet another hobby i cant afford. i really cant explain how fun it was, ya gotta try it yourself. ski
 
Your right Ski, A bud of mine is a KTM rep. Invited me to his first supermoto demo in June at New Castle Motorsports Park (a kart track in Indiana). Rode SMR450'S and a SMR525. These bikes are a blast! Just got to ride on pavement, like to get on dirt sometime. The grip on slicks is unbelievable!
Hope I can bum a ride again.

I have been wanting to try it for a couple years now, I think I'll have to buy a new bike before it will happen though.

BTW...its pretty easy to street legal a motard, could make for a really fun short ride bike.
