I bought a PDA, was GUARANTEED DELIVERY last friday, the delay was bad weather. They guaranteed delivery Yesterday, then guaranteed delivery today, now are GUARANTEEING delivery tomorrow?!?!?!
WTF kind of a guarantee is this? Their excuse is that the 3rd party deliverer is at fault, this happens EVERY F**KING TIME UPS is the courier. They have dropped the 65.00 brokerage charge, and if it is not here tomorrow, I am refusing the other charges as well. Has anyone else had grief like this?
They lost a package for 2 months once, another for a month, held a package for delivery 6 hours away, destroyed a helicopter I bought, took it back, gave the insurance money to the sender, who got the helicopter back too. I got nothing.
I refuse UPS every possible time, some dickhead sellers wont send any other way.
DO NOT USE UPS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET F**KED TOO!!!!

Ken, it's good to get that off your chest. Don't hold back were your friends we are here to help. It's hard to type with Jason Priestly hosting Rides and Rod Millen's speed shop with Foose on the drawing board just turned a Lexus IS-300 into an IS-430 with 450HP RWD and it looks stock with a twist. SWEET. OK, back to the PDA, which one did you go with and what OS did you end up with. Next time you need things like that PM me and I'll send a birthyday gift to my cousin Ken overnight FEDEX. Doug

I hate to bash anyone, but they really need to fix some problems. They are blaming everything on their independant courier, but hey I paid UPS, not some dickhead woman that does deliveries on her off-time.
I bought Sony Clie' peg nz90.
I think I bought one, I remember ordering and paying for it, but its not here?

I don't use UPS for anything now, USPS works great (for those of us in the USA) fedex has been working OK also. UPS has gotten TOO expensive.
