How much carb will a ported GP292 take 44 round slide ?

too big can be a problem with responce..... I had 44mm round on mine that was running 54hp on 112 octaine. Down sized to 38mm and seems to be runnning just as strong. I have a original 50mm kehin from a thunderjet that I had ran on the dyno after the motor was built. It actually produced 6hp less!

Monty I am going racing in northwest GP 292 ported to SR spec would like help carb jetting for Mikuni 38 or 44 what RPM do these run at peak performance gearing clutching help? thanks
