I have noticed some posted here and there for guys looking to do a bb on their twin 600. FYI, the jugs can be bored out, plated, and wiseco's used, p/n 577m08100. They are from a Honda Pilot, and look like a perfect fit. Ports match perfect, same pin, ring alignment perfect, even has the boost port. The head still has to be machined to bigger bore. The bottom on the skirt might have to be trimmed a few mm's, but I don't have the bottom end, so I can't tell.
I had picked up a bb kit off ebay a couple years ago and they had been using the watercraft 700 pistons. Turns out, this is not a good idea, breaks the skirt, on the intake side. Not sure how Hauck's setup is, or Benders. Both use different pistons. I'll bet had they known this, they wouldn't have bothered.
