I have both a Yamaha green secondary spring and silver yamaha secondary spring. What is the difference?
The silver has a higher tension then the green, don't no when to use one or the other though.

I'm no expert but I think you should use the silver when you want better backshift, because of the higher tension that slams the sheaves back together with greater force and green for better upshift because it allows the sheaves (secondary) to separate more quickly.. Just my thoughts..
