My wife might be riding my 780 viper this winter. I'd like to take the tripple pipes off and run the stock pipe just to make it a little more trail friendly. I was woundering if anyone has tried this? I'm not looking for power just a good running setup. Any jetting advice would help. Thanks, Eric

I don't know your wife's riding capabilities but my ex rode my 2001 1004 t cat fully ported pipes etc. through the trails of wisconsin with no problems. Take her out in a field and she if she can run it the way it is. I forgot to mention she was a 115 pounds and rode it fine.

It's a hauck motor and pipes (cpr style). She can handle the sled now she just doesnt need 165HP. She doesnt ride that hard, and hates the noise. I'd like to see if I can get a little better MPG out of it too. Thanks for the replys.
