Video to ponder at!

ya, i was watchin that flic the other day on snowest. its the Rated R sled. some like it, some don't because a) its a wicked snowmobile and really sweet of course but b) its a no go sled. it runs on nitromethane which has to be heated to at least 60 degrees to even want to burn (all this i am told) and it just eats that expensive stuff like theres no tomorow, so really its i guess what you call a "show" sled. there aren't many (1-3) films of it cuz it never runs. no matter what, i'd still like to have that thing in my garage ;)!
 
I am all for HP but are you kidding me. Brings new meaning to the term EXTREME SPORTS. My guess is you would be lying on your back before you got it half throttle. Or it will spit a rooster from Paradise to Houghton.

Wonder what He wants for it I could take the motor and use it for my Modified dirt track car. I wonder if it is a 2-stroke or 4....LMAO
 
friend has a really lightened 98 xc 700 that now holds a psi genesis 1500 with 325-350hp and that thing is stupid fast lol! cant image 750!
 
are you sure thats 325+ hp? i've been told that psi engines aren't all they're cracked up to be. it seems a lot of these aftermarket engines need to be worked on extensively to get to runnin right.
 
he modified it an dmade his own fuel injection for it. and yes I am sure about the power, the guy owns a dyno company and has run it a few times :) he had it running in a 1/8th strip on the ice (what our local club did) and had to shut down about 1/2 way through. even so, he hit 110mph. burnt a piston :( sent out the gas to have it checked and it was below being 87 and he needed like 110 or something :( bad gas is a terrible thing
 
i think i remember reading somewhere that they flew the sled in with a helicopter to a big hill climb competition and were gonna run it but the fuel got to cold on the climb up in the heli. so they strapped it back up to the helicopter and left. where are the other clips of that "rated r" i would like to see them.
 
redsnake... haha thats the thing there aren't others. theres one where it drives by, but its such a poor quality, your better off putting your ear by a harley exhaust bein reved up and you'll understand the movie better. would be nice if they made it trailable, maybe around 500 horse tho
 
Same deal. saw it at international centre last weekend, coudln't beleive it... doc04Viper-S. how's a good $120,000 CAN, at least it says so in Ontario Snowmobiler Magazine
