Found this and wanted to hear some opinons:

You would need a bottle warmer and it is another $150 and is pressure controlled so you get the same shot over and over. Seems cheap although I still like the boss noss more I think.

from what i've been reading lately is the one of the new competing nitrous systems out there is the Ice Nitrous. it doesn't use solenoids or heaters or any electronics and it always gives the same shot over and over. pretty much a painless solution (no wires). you might look into that system as well...

Are you reffering to the NX fire and ice solenoid that regulates bottle pressure to ensure a accurate spray every time?

check it out. http://www.icenitroussystems.com/ theres a box on the homepage in the lower left corner on their patented injector that doesn't need a solenoid. i believe thats what i'm gonna use. honestly, i'm on the fence between that on boss noss, boondockers (updated versions)
what do you think an injector is??????/ ITS A SOLENOID!!!!!
I know a little about NITROUS.... Stick with a CASE INJECTED SYSTEM ,and NOT some hillbilly drilling into the intake boots!!!! You're asking for TROUBLE when you drill a hole into a rubber boot like that.. if you were to buy a MOLDED boot with a hole in it, that would be a different story.. STAY AWAY FROM the AIRBOX INJECTED KITS!!!!! The BEST WAY is to introduce the nitrous/fuel charge in the air/fuelstream of the CASE!!!!A system HAS TO HAVE A regulated fuel pressure (SEPERATE FUEL THAN THE MOTOR) and a VERY CLOSELY controlled nitrous tank... The length and temperature of the steel braided lines WILL effect the NITROUS pressure on the way to the solenoids....the fuel pump and fuel tank for the nitrous MUST BE SEPERATE than the sled's common tank... YOU HAVE TO PREMIX AT LEAST 110 octane with SYNTHETIC 2 stroke OR BEAN OIL for the NITROUS SYSTEMS FUEL SUPPLY... 93 octane in a nitrous system is JUST PLAIN STUPID!!!!! If you want NITROUS TO WORK, and WORK RIGHT,,, PLEASE do yourselves a favor and get a little education about NITROUS BEFORE you drop a lot of cash into a system that is a DUMB IDEA!!!!! WITHOUT GOING INTO NAMES, there are a LOT OF STUPID SYSTEMS OUT THERE..... Some shooting nitrous into an airbox (REAL STUPID) to not using solenoids (PRETTY DUMB TOO) MECHANICAL INJECTION works WELL on a TOP FUEL MOTOR,,, BUT,,, You couldn't afford the fuel pumps NOR do you have enough HP to even drive those pumps!!!! MY POINT IS,,, Theres a lot of garbage out there and a lot of guys who are trying to build a better mousetrap!!!! if you know the ins and outs of NITROUS,,, you wouldn't even bother with 3/4 of those guys!!!!! When Mike Thermos sold his rights to HOLLEY, I pretty much gave up with nitrous on sleds,,,so Its been a while since I played with it,,, BUT, just like riding a bicycle,,, it comes back quickly!!! LOOK INTO NOS SYSTEMS and see what they have to offer,, I don't know if their tech guys are anyone from Mike Thermos's era, but nevertheless, they could steer you in the right direction... so you named a lot of don'ts, but what company or kit would you reccommend? i'm not bein smart or sarcastic, i respect your info cuz ( i'm pretty sure it was you) are the nos guy on the 4-stroke side and what you said is true, a lot of people no a lot of nothing about nos. so how does one go about it? thanks!!!
The last sentence... Look into NOS SYSTEMS by HOLLEY!!!!
Cleanliness= horsepower.... REMEMBER THAT!!!!! Solenoids work FINE!!!!! 1 piece of dirt RUINS a nitrous kit!!!!! ANY nitrous kit... solenoid or not.... Try looking into NOS SYSTEMS. by HOLLEY!!!!! Gary Oles nosboy
NO, It wasn't me on the 4 stroke side.... I'm OLD SCHOOL..... I believe in 2 stroke, turbocharged, nitrous injected, monster motors that spin 10 grand ALL DAY!!!!!.... I have a 1973 Challenger with a REALLY BIG BIG BLOCK that i get my 4 stroke rocks off on!!! FOUR STROKES ARE FOR CARS,,, silly rabbit!!!!! Gary Oles nosboy
as far as CHEAP NITROUS KITS,,,,, Theres NO SUCH THING!!!!! Theres CHEAP GARBAGE that blows nitrous around underneath your hood,,,but,,,the word CHEAP and NITROUS do not go together!!!! Gary Oles nosboyracing
I clicked on that website and in about 5 seconds I started shaking my head!!!! STAINLESS STEEL BRAIDED LINES TO THE SPRAY NOZZLES?????????? Thats a NO-NO!!!!! Too much area around the line to pickup HEAT!!!!! MAYBE well insulated plastic tubes???????????? YES-YES!!!!!!! You learn what not to do and what to do when you get the education about nitrous... YES,,, It is a good idea as far as longevity for the kit and lines,,,, but,,, what are you doing to your motor????????????? gary Oles nosboy
BLACK bottles attract heat and white bottles repel heat!!!! sometimes its as simple as painting the botle a different color!!!!!! Black bottles are good with bottle heaters,, but BAD on Motorcycles in the summertime!!!!! Chromed bottles could screw you up too!!!!! You really got to pay attention with nitrous!!!!!!! Gary Oles nosboy
go to the dragstrip and watch the cars that LOOK GOOD!!!! Then watch the cars that RUN GOOD!!!! CHROME SLOWS YOU DOWN!!!!!!! Gary Oles nosboy
