If so how do you like it?
Is it reliable and easy to maintain?
How is it trail riding wise? Powder Boon Docking?
Anything else you can tell me about it please do so, i saw it last night and have been droowling ever since.
thank you.

i have a 835 bender srx & my wife rides bender 800 sx. both dependable. have thousands of miles on each & no problems.
the 835 is quicker & faster than the 800. we trail ride both in canada & around home. have also ran both on radar in 2000' in north bay.
both have 1" predators w/ 240 megabites & reverse. the 835 ran 125.9 & the 800 ran 122. to compare that to stock, a well tuned & clutched stock srx will run around 110 - 112 in the same distance on the same day.
mine has case porting, bender pipes, 38mm carbs, stock timing & low compression ( 120# cranking pressure ). on the trails & lakes in canada i get 9 - 10 mpg. i have never changed the jets.
there are not a lot of trail sleds out there that can run with either of these sleds.

I've got one and I have no issues with it. Has been reliable and hauls the mail. I've since put on Big Air carbs and pro stock pipes so now we're going after the big boys. Dyno'd at 200hp. You won't be sorry if what you're looking at is in good shape.

i thought bender claimed that dyno'd with 38's (only bigger is needed if grass dragging) and big bore pipes it was at 180-185. 200 is quite far off.

thanks guys.
not sure if i want to spend 2200 bucks on the 835 kit.
if its not gonna be that much different than i dont wanna do that.
besides as of right now the srx is one of the fastest on the trail anyways.
thank you for the replys.

835 is not a bad kit, but for the $$$ (unless you pick one up for cheap with low miles and nothin wrong other than the seller needed dough fast) i'd spend that on a good 780 kit. i know cpr's has been talked about, and mrviper was doin one that was rumored to be good.

sxviper32, pretty sure he's saying that after he put on the PSI Big Air carbs and pro stock pipes he dyno'd it at 200hp.

Srxspec- That's exactly what we did. I didn't mean to confuse anyone.

ya, but still isn't that high? i was thinking off by a good 10hp. i'm pretty sure when i emailed them that it was the 180-190 region with reeds, pipes, bore, and 38's. i could be wrong, just seemed high to me

sxviper32, I'm assuming his PSI Big Air carbs are bigger than 38's and he has pro stock pipes which will produce more HP than the standard big bore pipes that come with the Bender package.

The PSI's are 42's and we run with Bender's pro stock pipes. Timing change, fuel, etc. Lookin' good for the ice this winter, we hope. Still looking for a few more ponies though.
