suspension needs a little maintenance

I was greasing up my skid and just happened to see that my W-arm was cracked. I then took out the skid and removed the w-arm and man are them bushings shot!! #$%&* The second pic from the top are the shock bushing which are all split. There was a 1/8" of slack in them. I can definetly tell that the previous owner didnt take the time to make sure the bushing were greased. The aluminum shaft in the front of the w-arm is pretty worn as well, but that was greased up and the bushings looked fine.?? pics show the w-arm,bushings, and shaft.

I ordered a new bushing kit and got a new w-arm with a good shaft, if i can find some viper shocks for the back cheap i will throw them in, but otherwise ill just wait.
