Nice! What Risers did you use? Kinda looks like the new Rox Anti-Vibe setup but I can't really tell.

if you want to update next year, save your money, put nothing else into this, and thank me next year as you ride around on your newer sled and get a trade in for what you have into this sled, rather than half what you have invested ;) otherwise, a 1.25 ripsaw, bender re-action suspension, and buy all the stuff needed to make it a dual bulb headlight setup and seperate hand and thumb warmers. could always do an 01 sxr motor swap as well, then it would have the stuff to do the dual bulb ;) hope this helps, but probably just gave you a LOT to think about/consider ;)

haha i agree no i love my sled to death but just with the updated suspensions nowadays make me mad cuz i dont wanna ruin my sled by jumping

honestly, jumping ANY sled is not really the best idea. just harder on the sled than needs to be, but that is just me. metal can only take so much abuse before something has got to give.

not long. if you are lucky you will simply break the suspension, and not kink the tunnel or crack the belly pan...... just dont man, not worth it when it goes down during the very limited amount of time you have to ride. even snocross sleds break on occasion, and theirs are made for it and the jumps are set up for nice landings for the most part.

I was in the same postion 2 years ago with the same sled. I would save then sell when the season is right if that's what you want? The Viper works for me, last of the 2 strokes? Looks to nice, ride the sled for one more year.

If you can't jump it, why own it. I jumped alot of stuff with my 97 700 sx, and never even cracked the w arm. Oh yeah and I'm a fat bastard too. Jump it till it breaks then fix it and jump it somemore. It is a nice looking red sled, makes me miss mine, some. Maxdlx
