does anyone know if the 9837h pre holed track is any good?

yea that is an excellent track, its a fully clipped 9830 with predrilled holes. The 9830 has basically been the bench mark of one inch track performance for the past few years. The predrilled holes make the track a little more durable with studs because not so many cords are damaged, so more structural integrity is maintained.
