when replacing all the parts after doing a track swap none of the tech pages or the onwers manual list torque specs for all the bolts. like bolting chaincase back on to bulk head and the cover. bolt that holds the gears in, i have a bad habit of over tightening and stripping threads just like to know where i can get info or if somone could post a link. thanks

No not the manual,i have the service manual for the vipers. So let me know what you need and i'll look them up for you.

i am installing a track so was just wondering all the bolts that hold chaincase on, cover on, bolts that hold gears on and end bolt in shaft for speedo side. I saw those simple specs and was just wondering if that is a really general rule of thumb to follow.

Off the top of my head... Chaincase 20ft lbs, cover 9ft lbs, lower gear locktite and 29 ft lbs, upper gear 60 ft lbs, 12 ft lbs on gear on speedo side, and locktite and 2.6 ft lbs on the set screws on speedo bearing
