anyone know anything about massey 340 l/c cyclones, 1975?

i'm thinking of picking up this sled because the price is very decent, but before i do i am wondering if anyone knows anything about it or the value of it. thinking of doing a little resto project on it as it is complete and runs!

its a 1975 massey 340 l/c cyclone, twin carb, is it rare or a collectors item or should i just stay away from it?
