Action power in Brandon is selling it for $31 a gallon.

Royal Distributing is selling for around $34.95 / 4 litres.. then again you'd have to worry about shipping, so it's probably cheaper to find it locally for higher retail price.

is this stuff good? I am considering making the switch ( I was swayed by the recent debates on here) and thought this sounded good. whats peoples opinions?

This thread better not start with people Saying what oil is best.. i heard them all!!! oil is oil to me... It all does what its supposed to do.
I disagree.Would you put .99 cent auto pro oil in your $75,000 Vette let alone your $12,000 Apex.
I think not.

Had a buddy once he was useing Wal-mart brand 2cycle outboard motor oil,and couldn't understaind why he burnd down, he too thought oil is oil.lol

No doubt you are using decent oil. The cheap stuff is just bad oil and not recommended.

I liked the sounds of Ipone, but just realized it is semi-synthetic. I was looking for full synthetic :( amsoil or klotz I guess.......

has to be a decent oil if factory racers are using it in their sleds. Every place i have looked it states that it is synthetic.

I just switched over to amsoil interceptor, since i can get it here in town for $27.00 a gal. I dont have powervalves but i just like having a piece of mind with running synthetic, and doesnt stink near as much as yamalube.

Auji700 I know many guys at my local Yamaha dealer and they wont use Yamylube in their own machines after the break in period. They say the engine and power valves look and run better with the IPONE. My Yamaha dealer has a mountain if IPONE for sale in the store.
