sxviper32, the viper and SRX use different belly pans, I split the pole into seperate catagory's, if you want me to change it back IM/PM me

I like the idea. always liked that doo had more options that way. the oem's cant have too many accesories in my mind :)

Even a set of raw fiberglass or lexan ones would work. Leave it to the customer to pick the color to paint. Once you have the molds it should be easy to crank em out. I know people say painted bellypans get scratched, but all the old pogo stick yamahas had em, and they did alright. I'm all for it, now who's gonna do it and for what price???

I would avoid fiberglass like the plague. crack FAST in the cold over bumps. the old pogo sleds werent fiberglass on the sides, it was some sort of molded rubber/plastic

kevlar would work for side panels and be plenty strong, I'll look into getting some made guys, still only 15 interested for the vipers, less for the SRX and SX, it might not be worth it, but I"ll check into it

The old pogo hoods were fiberglass, smc (sheet molded compound) to be exact. Yes the side panels were plastic. I too would rather have some sort of plastic, though it would be harder to paint. Kevlar would be great. Junior do you know anything about making molds or vacuum bagging for composites?

thats what I meant, the sides and bottom were not fiberglass. dad had a 96 500 xt and we shared a 96 vmax 4 800 :)

I know abit about it from school, but I have a close buddy who does injection moulding tooling for a living, I'll get him to have a look at it and see what he thinks
