would it be a cost-worthy swap for my '00 sxr, or would parts add up to too much to make it worth it? i figure i'd need the headlight, the trim around it, windshield, and the magneto to power it... anything else? also how much work would this be?

do yourself a favour, get the high wattage Xenon head light and the LED tail light...BIG IMPROVEMENT

Someone asked about this awhile back. I just can't come up with an inexpensive approach to this at all. You would have to change the stator and the CDI, and then address any differences between the 2 CDI's.
