change slides mm 700

Is it easy to change slides on a mm 700? How long will it takes?thanks

I just changed the sliders on a mtn max today with a camoplast track what a pain that was... but it was alot easer after cutting a bigger hole in the track.

I agree, with a Camoplast on ...yes big pain

With a Camoplast track, I just soap up the sliders real good to get them through and pull hard.
