Rear Control Rod Bushings

I have a 98 vmax 600 SX. When I purchased it it had 4 white poly bushings on the rear control rods held on by a 15mm bolt and washer. On a trip last season one of the bolts came out and I lost the lower bushing. I went to replace from Yamaha and they don't show a poly bushing. They show a bimetal formed bushing that is very thin. Now the bimetal bushing is starting to collapse. I am wondering is there anyone out there that has these poly control rod bushings or was this something the previous owner did on their own after seeing the bimetal bushing not hold up very well?
