Clutching help 97 SX for trail

I got my hands on a 51/43 helix and got the 4.5g and 3.1g rivets, will this be a good all around trail setup for my 97 SX7 with no motor mods? What twist should I use for the stock spring?

Bolt it together & go. Might want to spend $15 for a new primary spring tho. w-s-w.
