I took off the re wind to change the pull cord and the coil popped out. I tried for 5 hours trying to wrap it in probably 1000 different ways to fit in the groove and it never would. This is the hardest and most frustrating thing i've tried to do. Is there a tool for this? it seems impossible.

yes yes ive done that once too many times before...the trick that ive found was that you get the end of the coil and then start wrapping it in going counter clockwise ( outside to inside movement) jeez i thought it would be easy to explain........
put the end pice of the coil and hold it in place with a finger then slowly start to push and slide the rest of it in and then you will be done .....damn i hope this helps
