I'm looking for the aftermarket part #'s for bearings for a 02 Viper ER and a 97 XTC w/ reverse. Are the bearings in the chaincase the same? Yamaha's part numbers are different but from what I can find, all of the late model sleds are the same.
As far as I can tell, the chaincase baearings are 6205 2RS.
Are the axle and jackshaft bearings the same dimensions but just have the collars on them?
Thanks for any help

the driveshaft and jackshaft bearings are different.... the outer dimension of the outer race of the jackshaft bearing has a small radius to it, where the driveshaft bearing is not radiused, but square... both have collars...
referring to pto side bearings here... and this is for XTC.... not familar with Viper....
