thinking about converting my 2000 sxr to a rx1 rear skid, or maybe a viper skid.
does this bolt right up?
how much more would the ride improve?
how much higher would the *** end of my sled be?

they are basically the same thing (depending on which RX skid you are talking about, the monoshock is obviously very different). Only reason it would ride different is because of different calibration (spring rates, valving, control rod spacers, etc). What is wrong with the sxr skid? Need help getting it dialed?

If you want a better ride out of your stock skid we can help get you dialed in. If you want to GREATLY improve the ride, go with an M10

brand new from richmotorsports.com they are around $1400. That's a good skid as well.

in my experience there's nothing wrong with the stock skid, it does ALOT of things very well and is pretty easy to adjust, and can't beat the price (free) there's skids that will do some things 10-20% better, but usually you're paying with a 50% loss in something else.
that could also just be that i'm better at setting up the proaction than the others tho. and maybe it doesn't bug me just 'cause I'm young and tend to "ride around" problems
