What elevation are you now?
First of all....Carb Jetting for high altitude, before anything else. Needle should be in second clip. Smaller jets...ask your dealer as I don't remember the ones I have in.
Not sure what gearing you are now but the Mtn. Vipers are 40/21 as stock gearing. I think you are 38/22 which is pretty darn high geared for the mountains.
HeelClickers not necessary.
Do not plug any holes unless you encounter boo koo powder. Is this a trip or are you moving here?
Limiter straps 3/8 bolt showing.
Drop suspension in bottom hole on rear bracket.
Front suspension shock(track) 2 or 3 notch.
Thats the best I can give you for a starter.

My shocks dont have notches? (adjustment nuts)
and I don't think I have lower rear mounting holes?? I will check
I did notice the back of the track is about 3/4" off the floor,
should I adjust the front limiters up or try to crank up the ski springs??
don't want to spend the first couple days trying to get set-up close
Would like to get it close and ride (maybe tweek alittle while Iam there)

Your front track suspension shock. Not the ones on the skis.
Front suspension shocks (skis) are about 3 inches srewed up.
Suspension rear mount (plate that is attached to your tunnel) should have 2 holes. Top and bottom. It comes from factory in top hole.
