Why does everyother site on the net keep my login info, and let me use the view post since last visit but this one and the parts forum. It won't work on my other laptop either. Help

The problem with the "parts lookup" is on Yamahas side.

I don't know Max, but I started having troubles this week as well. I don't know if it's because they temporarily changed our connection to a proxy through our parent company or what but I used to be automatically logged in when I clicked on the link from the main page. Now I have to log in two times to get in. The first time it takes my name and password and puts my name down in the list of logged on users but won't let me do anything or click on "read new posts". If I log in again then it works like it should but then when I click on "read new posts" it comes back with no new posts. Frustrating!

I have found the same thing as Bigmax. I have to log in twice in a row then it works, but there are no new posts because you were already loged in the first time. After that it works fine...until...when I switch to the parts forum on the main page the same thing happens and I lose my log in on this forum. This happens everytime I want go to a different forum.
Make sure you are logged out all the way and clear your temp files and cookies and then log in and check the box. I have 3 locations logging in and never have this issue.....If you are running XP this is the answer but for Windows or XP there is another way. You add both site to the Internet Options, Security and then to Trusted Sites. It is a cookie issue on your PC.
