I know about putting the bevel side down.....but when you put the outer half back in. Does that matter if it is flipped or not...Both ways seem to look the same. As long as the valve goes in and out I guess. Someone take a snap shot of the valves and i will see if they need to be fixed. 
the raised nub on the powervalve block faces up, the block will bolt up either way but if you put it on upside down the weep hole will be facing up.
