Exhaust Paint

They sell that VHT brand header/exaust paint at AutoZone stores, if you have them by you. I just painted my exhaust last week with it. Looks sharp. But the pipes are going to be wrapped so not gonna see much of them anyway. Hope this helps.

The high heat ceramic paint by dupli-color from walmart works great as well
 
Hey yammiman , when you get everything painted , let me know and i can bake them for you , i use the cheap stuff from meijer thats good up to 1500 , but you need to bake in a oven after there painted to get the full effect , the old man runs a plastic factory in east lansing and they have huge ovens i use to bake all my stuff after being painted ..
 
I also use the dupli-color from Wal-Mart. It is the best I have found. I paint one pipe at a time and put a heat gun in the end of the pipe. It's the closest I can come to baking it on. :) It works well and the pipe does get very hot from one end to the other.
 
Thanks for all the info guys - B2SO - I might take you up on the baking, as long as I can bring some cookies to bake at the same time! LOL
 
Yammi , Just let me know when your ready , the shop is open on saturdays also , we can through them in the over and go grab a burger over at paul reverses (sp) let them bake an hour or so and go pick them up , or i can stop by and grap them bake em and drop them back off . let me know ..
