I Have A 03 Viper . I Took The Sled Into Richs Yamaha And Asked
Them To Install My New Hacksaw Track That Came Prestuded From
Richemotorsports.. I Asked The Service Guy To Make Sure It Wont Rub On Anything . He Said That He Is Unsure And It Looks Like The Studs Are Too Long And You Should Not Go Over 1.07 With A Factory Set Up.. According To My Bill They Are 1.25 Help Quick
Thanks

Russ

you will be fine.. The stock track is a 1". The new hacksaw is as well. The proper guards are already in the tunnel. Let us know how the new hacksaw hooks up.

Hacksaw

yup correct the hacksaw is 1 inch.. love the way the track looks.
it looks like it will hook better then the ripsaw..the outer knobbies are curved
like a have moon to grab the snow. i just wanted to make sure the studs
had enough room to go around on the front side. i know my bud had to
change a lot on his ripsaw and thats only 1 1/4 track an no studs

thansk

Hacksaw

the studs stick out about 1/4 above the knobbies on the track.. the invoiced
showed 1.25 extreme max single and doubles installed
:rocks:

overall length is 1.60" with those studs, so they should stick out .325" with the 1" lug and appx .3125" belt thickness. as long as the track tension isnt stupid loose it will be fine. no need to worry. ;)!
