Check the wiring harness around & under the engine to see if there's any rub throughs or chaffing. Also you might want to check the head light relay. They were known to go bad.

If you look in your owners manual and see the schematic for your sled...Find item #35...(LOAD CONTROL RELAY...white)...This item controls all you have mentioned and is likely hanging up or the contacts are bad...
With the aid of your diagram and someone who can help electrically, try bypassing this relay when the problem is present....This will confirm or deny the relay as the culprit...

THANKS GUYS, THAT LOAD CONTROL RELAY SOUNDS LIKE IT COULD CERTAINLY BE THE PROBLEM.

i have had the same problem but only in low temps like -30f and colder..Once the sled ran for a while on came the lights and everything else.......i guess if it happened all the time it would bother me too....good luck and post solution if you find it....
