I just received my used Bender 835 pipes and want to repaint them. I was thinking of using a wire wheel on a air drill to get some of the rust off them. Any other ideas? Buddy of mine has a sandblaster but says you have to worry too much about getting sand in the pipes. Thanks

Tape both ends really good with duct tape and then sand blast them. It's really the only way for them to come out right. Then use high temp paint. After it dries, try using a soft scotch brite pad on them for a nice satin sheen. Just remember that too much paint is not a good thing.
