Fangs


I cut them out with a razor blade, duct taped them on to the belly pan to keep them in place where i was gona have. Drilled six holed using a 1/8 drill bit then Used 1/8 aluminum rivits 2 on the top of the fang and i on the tip or bottom of the fang 6 rivits in total.
and when there fastened on use some white paint that wont come off when the snow hits it, to cover up the tips of the rivits.

a bit of advice tape it on first to see where you want to have it
learn from my mistakes i had to put them on 3 times before i got it right.
 
not bad. your windy has a lip on it right? not just a straight cut?? I wanted that and got the same thing with no flip at the top :( o well, at least it is a quick change lol!
 
Neil, Looks like your not the only one with them:P Harry, i thought they were light covers at first.. but then enlarged the picture ..lol im sure they will look sweet, i'd like to get them done to mine!! looks Mean man, sweet fangs!

Why take the best looking sled ever produced and add fangs and eyes? You put up a post and asked what we thought! All i did was give you an answer! As far as making us viper owners look bad , I take that back. It just makes your sled look bad. Just one viper owners " honest opinion".
 
Yea harry,i have to agree with them.I think your sled looked great before the addition of the fangs.The fangs look ok but,eyeballs?
 
I also have to agree, maybe the eyes are a bit overkill, the headlights already look kinda like eyes, but do what ever you want, it's your sled, it's called customization! I've seen sleds with teeth and evil eyes airbrushed on the hood before and it looks great.

Everyone has a different taste, for example I didn't like the shuttle spinners OCC put on the shuttle bike, but I loved the use of wrenches on the snap-on bike!
 
Naw it was just a thought, i was gonna see what u guys thought first, im glad u posted the truth. i didnt want to be going around lookin like a fool.

although it do look kinda cool but ur right it is overkill.
so in the end i decided not to put them on.

hey powervalve my fangs only costed me a whole whoping $1 for the rivits, and the bucket cover was free ;)! :rockon:
