Enticer 250 Engaging to Early?

My 1978 enticer 250 seems to engage to soon and has no botom end at all, how do i fix this and a rough estimation of how much it will cost in canadien? thanks

You are going to need a new clutch (drive clutch spring) and to add some tension to your rear clutch spring. A new rear spring would be good, but I have seen some people put a wind or two on the rear spring. I just might Have a clutch spring for that sled. I will double check my inventory.
