poor handlebar warmers

I have an 02 viper with very poor handlebar warmers,the dealer says they test out ok but they hardly work at all on any setting.About 3 weeks ago they came on for a while and just about fried my hands off.You guys have any ideas.This is my first Yammy ,other than frozen hands ,its a hellava sled.

Check your connections, and then test resistance. Wiggle the wires, and grips as you test to see if it changes the reading. Post your results . . .
