hi, i'm new here. i'm looking for some advice on this sled. it has electric start and reverse. steel ski's. it has 1000 miles on it ,price 2900. looks in great shape. this is for my girlfriend.not sure if it is too much. thanks.

the vmax was around for a long time and is a great sled. Reliable and all around good performance. Go for the $2500 offer.

Great sled, get a set of plastic skis on it (the steel ones are horrible) and let her rip. Very reliable, great on gas and oil, good runners when tuned as well.
where is the best place to get plastic ski's and what brand? thanks for the info. i'll post pics when i get the deal done .

My preference has always been C&A's, had them on the last four sleds now, LOVE their carving ability in the corners.
Are All Yamaha's Ski's Innerchangeable?
