Does anybody have access to a stock brake line for a 1998 srx 600?
If anybody could get me the length it would be appreciated as my sled is 400 miles away.
I believe the brake line was the same length on every model year srx.

I have one off of a 97 700 sx, if it is the same I'd take 15 plus 1/2 the shipping. Maxdlx

Im sorry, should have been more clear in my post...Im just looking for the length.
I will measure mine right now, and tell you, don't know if it is the same, but at least you will have an idea. Maxdlx
close as i can get is 29.5 inches. thats with the fittings. Maxdlx

I can get you the length of a stock 01 srx line when i get home in an hour if you'd like. I bought a streamline from rich which is longer by quite a bit.

Ok I seemed to get about 27 1/2" on the stock line that is with all fittings end of fitting to end of fitting.
The streamline i got from Rich is much longer than the stock one. Id say probably 3-5 inches longer. Yep it is stainless steel braided line with a plastic outer shell. Nice product if i do say so. The only thing i seen you need with the streamline is a Banjo bolt, as the stock srx line has a straight line fitting in the end that goes into the resy. I ordered a Banjo bolt for a rx-1 and it worked perfect!
Here is a pic of the measurment i held one end down with my foot and pulled it tight and snapped a pic at the same time its a little blurry but u can see it

aftermarket lines are 36" long.usually 6" longer then stock.
