Are the spacers on the bolts for the weights in the primary supposed to be loctited to the bolt or are they supposed to spin freely on the bolt? two of mine were loctited and one was loose. not sure if the loctited ones just had extra loctite from the nut, or if they were supposed to be like that.

I always allow them to spin freely, dont see any good reason to lock them in position
