looking for right side trailing arm for 99 500 xtc

I got one there. Cheaper than the dealer part, but then again, it's not a yamaha part... aftermarket. Fit just fine and seems to be holding up well. The bushing where the arm bolts to the frame (under your right foot) is a bugger to get out of the old one and even harder to get into the new one. Order a new bushing with your arm. Cheap part. Stick the bushing in the freezer for several hours and then stick the end of the arm in a pot of boiling water. Heat expands the metal of the arm, cold shrinks the metal of the bushing. Mine went in with a plastic dead blow hammer pretty easy.
