Just purchased a RPC pipe off this board from a member and was looking for jetting info to get me started to tune my 1987 Phazer deluxe (Stock engine and clutches). I called RPC and they no longer provide tech support for that old a pipe. I have jetting sleds a long time ago so I do have limited knowledge but it was a while ago.

I have no experience with a rpc, but I ran 147.5 or 145 mains and 100 pilots when I ran a decker single on my 91. There is some good info in the tech pages on the .com part of this site. For clutching I ran the stock weights and a red/pink spring.

I have an rpc pipe on my phazer, if everything else is stock run a 105 pilot and 150 mains. check the bulliten on here for using richer midrange nozzle (the one that you can see when you open the throttle plate) combo will safe to some very cold temps and will not foul plugs when it gets warmer. That is a very good pipe however it is very loud. I don't remember which clutch spring I used, I think is from an old srx-3800~4000 rpm engagement and that thing will really move!
