Bad jack shaft bearing

I was doing general maintainance and found a jack shaft bearing problem. After removing the shaft the bearing looks ok but the shaft has very bad ware under the bearing. Its the bearing on the clutch side. I think the two set screws on the bearing must not have been tight enough and the shaft was spinning inside the bearing. Sled has 5500 miles. Guys tighten these two screws before you have to tare down and replace the jack shaft.
