holeshot skidplate question 98 SRX

I have a 98 SRX, A TY member has one to sell me for a 01 SRX its a Holeshot XT6 will this piece fit The 98 ? & what type of hardware do I need to mount one of these plates. looks like they would mount w/ rivits?? Thanks If you could help..

they come with two bolts with washers and nuts for the front (7/16" head size) and large head rivets for the middle and rear of the plate.
