i think my sled is sucking to much oil i put 2 inch. bar risers on this summer and not sure what to look for if i pulled the oil line, and what can i do to fix it. im useing about 1 tank of oil to 200 miles, i have reeds and a clutch kit. my sled is a 99 srx 600 runs good and fast and do not foil plugs (not on wood) thanks
follow the oil line from the handle bars down to the motor and there is a split in the cable that if apart it will drink much oil 
Like mr sled said........... and thats also where you check the freeplay adjustment. more gap= less oil Should say on your belt cover what its supposed to be.
