Had to laugh at the last post, because I just got back from a machine shop where I had them pull the bearing for me..$20. Anyway, I'm replacing the shaft and I'm wondering how I'm going to get this bearing back on...because this time the shaft will be in the sled. Just tap it on? Will it be a bitch?

it should go on fairly easy. I changed mine last year with no special tools and was not that difficult.

clean the end of the shaft with a scrotchbrite or emery cloth prior to brg install. might try an ultra light coat of antisieze on the brg to shaft contact area. (easy off next time.) should slide right on. not a bad job just part of the installation process on doing a track. ski

yup do as ski said and clean it up good and it will slide right on. I always put a little bit of grease on mine, antiseize works too 
As long as you have the drive shaft out you may want to do one other thing that will help with the vibration and performance of your sled. Take the drive shaft back to the machine shop and have the driver wheels turned true to your drive shaft. You would be amazed at how out-of-round the drive wheels are from one another and the drive shaft. Doing this will cut down on a lot of driveline vibration and improve the performance of your sled. I had this done at a shop near my home in Eau Claire and it cost me $25 which was well worth it!
