I'm assuming you mean engine mods and not accessory mods? I cut a 2 inch hole in my baffle plate in my stock pipe (for a 'can' sound). My engine/clutch is not modded yet, but will be this year. 51/43 helix and drop one tooth on the top sprocket.

go to www.emountainmagic.com. No yamahas but very high end work. Easy to get ideas re colors etc.
